Suzanne Kearns

Suzanne Kearns is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Attraction at Mercury Systems since November 2022, Kearns has also held senior roles at Draper, including Director and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition since October 2016. Prior to Draper, Kearns worked at The MITRE Corporation from March 1999 to October 2016 as the College Recruiting Program Manager and Corporate Recruitment Program Lead. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Recruiter for independent consulting from 1998 to 1999 and recruitment at Raytheon from 1997 to 1998. Kearns holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Plymouth State University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
