Breton Shaw

Breton Shaw has extensive experience in engineering and operations within the energy and marine industries. Currently engaged in Geothermal Operations at Mercury NZ since September 2014, Breton previously worked as a Shift Engineer at Mighty River Power, specializing in co-generation power station operations from September 2009 to September 2014. Prior to that, from August 1994 to September 2009, Breton served as a Marine Systems Engineer at Titan Marine Engineers, focusing on general marine engineering for the shipping industry, work boats, and yachts. Beginning a career in January 1982, Breton was a Service Technician at John Shaw NZ Ltd until August 1994, responsible for the design, build, and servicing of rigging, hoist, and crane systems.
