Adam Jones

Adam Jones has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Adam most recently served as the Vice President of Technology Infrastructure & Operations at MercuryGate International, where they led hosting operations and developed and executed a cloud migration strategy. Prior to that, Adam was the Senior Director of Information Technology at Ivanti, where they championed cloud adoption and implemented Microsoft Teams with a high adoption rate. Adam also held roles at LANDESK Software as a Senior Systems Administrator and Infrastructure Manager, where they supported the company's growth and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction, and at Intel Corporation as a Product Support Engineer, where they collaborated with product development and provided support for datacenter appliances and server management software.

Adam Jones obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University from 2006 to 2007. In addition, they have also received a certification titled "Prepare for Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification (AZ-103)" from LinkedIn in an unspecified year.
