Ronny Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ronny started their career at Howards Express in 1984 as an Operations Manager - Dispatcher. Ronny then moved on to Epson America, where they worked as a Staff Accountant from 1987 to 1990. In 1990, they joined Toyota Motor Credit and Lexus Financial Services as a Sr. Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for systems development and strategic planning. From 1998 to 2010, Ronny worked at Sapiens Americas, first as a Senior Project Manager and then as a Director and Senior Project Manager. During this time, they managed and executed large scale projects at various client sites. In 2010, they joined MercuryGate International as the Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for team building and the successful execution of MercuryGate Implementations. Later, they became the EVP of Tech Solutions at MercuryGate International.

Ronny Kemp has a diverse education history. Ronny obtained a Certification in Information Technology - ITIL v3 Foundations from Global Knowledge in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business from 2003 to 2005. Ronny also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Mount Saint Mary's University, which they completed from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained an A.A.S degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 1984 to 1986.
