Traci Bakke

As Chief People Officer, Traci oversees MercuryGate’s people strategy encompassing talent acquisition, talent development and learning, organizational development and effectiveness, total rewards, and employee experience.

Traci brings significant expertise running global human resources organizations, most recently as President of Quantum People Solutions. Prior to that she served as Executive Vice President of Human Capital for Beeline, formerly IQNavigator, the world’s largest independent provider of solutions for sourcing and managing the complex world of contingent labor. Before that she was HR Director for Accellent, a manufacturing services company to the medical device industry.

Traci holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
