Thomas Yager

Vice President of Culinary at Mercy Chefs

Thomas Yager has a wide range of work experience in the culinary industry. Thomas began their career at Barnes & Noble as a Barista from March 2005 to September 2006. Thomas then worked at Cypress Creek Grill as a Cook from January 2000 to December 2006. In 2010, they joined Taste Unlimited as the VP of Culinary Ops, where they worked until December 2020. Most recently, Thomas served as the Vice President of Community Kitchens and Outreach at Mercy Chefs from December 2020 to June 2022. Thomas then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Culinary at Mercy Chefs starting in June 2022.

Thomas Yager attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Culinary Arts and obtained a degree in Chef. In 2010, they enrolled at Regent University for a short period, pursuing their undergraduate degree in Marketing.
