Claire Jessen is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Culinary at Nothing Bundt Cakes since April 2021, Claire has previously held senior roles at Le Duff America, Inc. and Perkins & Marie Callender's, LLC, where responsibilities included culinary innovation and product development. Claire's diverse background also encompasses consulting for multi-unit restaurant companies, teaching advanced baking and business management at culinary schools, and event planning for non-profit organizations. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an Associate of Occupational Studies from The Culinary Institute of America, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in hospitality and culinary arts.
