Jen Amano

Jen Amano has a diverse range of work experience in the field of student services and housing. Jen'smost recent position was as an Associate Director of Community Standards and Student Conduct at Mercy University, where they worked since 2019. Prior to that, they served as a PACT Counselor at the same university from October 2019 to February 2020.

Before their time at Mercy University, Jen worked at UNC Charlotte as a Residence Coordinator from July 2015 to July 2019. Jen also gained experience as a Hall Director at the University of West Florida Housing and Residence Life from August 2013 to May 2015, where they supervised a staff and managed a residence hall.

Jen's work history also includes roles such as a Client Support Representative at the National Student Clearinghouse from January 2012 to July 2013, a Front Desk Clerk at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center from July 2011 to December 2011, and a Program Assistant at Wonders of Washington from February 2011 to July 2011.

Additionally, they held positions at George Mason University, including Head Resident Advisor of Training from September 2010 to December 2010, Conference Assistant from May 2010 to August 2010, and Resident Advisor from October 2008 to May 2010.

Jen Amano received their Bachelor's degree in Science and Management from George Mason University between 2007 and 2010. Jen then pursued a Master's degree in Education, specializing in College Student Affairs Administration, at the University of West Florida from 2013 to 2015.
