Lyn Leis

Lyn Leis has extensive work experience in career education and development. They worked at Mercy College from 2017 to the present, holding various roles including Director of Career Education and Associate Director of Career and Faculty Partnerships. Prior to that, they worked at Manhattanville College from 2007 to 2017, holding roles such as Associate Director of the Center for Career Development and Interim Director. Their responsibilities included career counseling, internship coordination, and teaching.

Lyn Leis completed a Certificate in Career Planning and Development from New York University in 2010-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Higher Education Administration from Manhattanville College in 2007-2010. Their undergraduate studies were at Binghamton University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French and Comparative Literature from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Lyn Leis has obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021 and as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) from the Professional Association of Resume Writers (PARW) in 2018.
