Emmanuel Igbhebo

Emmanuel Igbhebo is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professional with a strong background in humanitarian and health programs. Currently serving as the MEL Manager at Mercy Corps since February 2019, Emmanuel leads MEL initiatives in food assistance, protection, and WASH, managing consortium deliverables. Previous roles include Senior MEL Officer and MEL Officer in various projects, where responsibilities involved designing assessment tools, capacity building, and data collection. Emmanuel has contributed to programs for organizations such as the International Rescue Committee, Center for Research and Preventive Health Care, and Population Services International, exhibiting expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and is pursuing multiple specializations and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology.
