Yannah Preta, MPA, serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for Mercy Corps, focusing on the US and Americas since August 2021. Previous roles include National Talent Acquisition Manager at Rite of Passage, where Yannah developed comprehensive recruiting strategies across 40 locations, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vail Resorts, where Yannah significantly improved staffing levels at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. Earlier career experiences encompass positions as a Human Resources Assistant at Forever Resorts, Program Coordinator at The Cove Center for Grieving Children, and Program Manager at the International Center of Worcester. Yannah holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations, both from Clark University.
