Katye Thatcher Charette, CPRP, has extensive experience in provider recruitment and management in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Provider Recruiter II at Northern Light Health since August 2018 and simultaneously as Provider Recruitment Coordinator at Mercy Health System of Maine since September 2017. Previous roles include Membership and Development Manager at Cape Elizabeth Land Trust, Communications Manager at Efficiency Maine Trust, and Executive Director of the U.S. Green Building Council - Maine Chapter. Additionally, Katye held the position of President at ecoCharette, a company specializing in green building consulting and LEED certification. Earlier in their career, Katye worked as Assistant Project Manager and Executive Assistant at SMRT Inc. Katye holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Colby College.
