Mark Angelini is the current President of Mercy Housing Lakefront. Prior to this, they were with Cinnaire, Mercy Housing Lakefront, Metropolitan Planning Council, and S. B. Friedman & Co. Mark has over 20 years of experience in economic, community, and real estate development.
At S. B. Friedman & Company, Mark was responsible for the firm's Development Advisory Services. Mark directed numerous consulting projects involving structuring public-private partnerships, property disposition, obtaining public incentives, pre-development planning, developer solicitation, and providing development management services for private developers, not-for-profit organizations, land owners, municipalities and not-for-profit institutions. Other projects have dealt with land use and public policy analysis, sustainable development and transit-oriented development.
From January 1998 to December 2011, Mark was on the Exec Committee for the Urban Land Institute.
They work with Melissa Clayton - SVP, Portfolio Management, Doug Shoemaker - President, Mercy Housing California, and John Felix - SVP, Information Technology. Mark Angelini reports to Ismael Guerrero, President & CEO.
