Kayla Lee has a diverse work experience in various roles within the healthcare and recruitment industries. Kayla started their career at Bis Industries Ltd in 2014 as a Recruitment Administrator, where they assisted with end-to-end recruitment processes for blue and white-collar roles and coordinated shutdowns. In 2015, they joined Silver Chain Group as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, providing administrative support to the HR and Recruitment Teams. Kayla then worked their way up to become a Recruitment Administrator, Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Home Care Package Coordinator, and Client Service Coordinator at Silver Chain Group. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as drafting job advertisements, conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting recruitment consultants and hiring managers. Most recently, they have been working at MercyCare as a Support Advisor and is currently serving as a Home Care Team Lead.

Kayla Lee attended the Central Institute of Technology in 2012, where they obtained a Certificate III in Business Administration with a focus on Administration. In 2017, they enrolled at the Australian Institute of Management and completed a Certificate IV in Human Resources, specializing in Human Resources.
