Simon James Milroy

Australian national, appointed as the Vice President Director of the Company on 29 July 2020 pursuant to Deed No. 143 dated 29 July 2020, made before Notary Jose Dima Satria, S.H., M.Kn, Notary in Jakarta.

He is a mining engineer with a broad range of expertise and experience in exploration, development, operations, mergers and acquisitions and government relations in the mining industry for over 30 years. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of South Australia (1988), First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency, Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Currently, Mr. Milroy serves as the Vice President Director of PT Bumi Suksesindo, President Commissioner of PT Merdeka Mining Servis and PT Pani Bersama Jaya and Commissioner of PT Batutua Tembaga Raya. He once served as General Manager of Corporate Development and Exploration at PanAust, Australia (2016-2019); Managing Director and CEO at KGL Resources, Australia (2007-2016); General Manager for Project Development and Country Manager at PanAust, Australia (2004-2007); Mining Manager in Kingsgate, Thailand (2001-2004) and Padeeng Zinc, Thailand (1999-2001); and started his career as Senior Mining Engineer at Aberfoyle Resources, Australia (1996-1998).
