Timur's career began as an Independent Real Estate Professional, achieving significant fundraising milestones, and included a tenure as Chairman of the Board at Informprogress Bank, where leadership led to notable improvements in the bank's national rankings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Specialist/Master in International Economy from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
