Kelsey Martinson is a professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and marketing. Currently serving as a Marketplace Optimization Strategist at MERGE since August 2021, Kelsey previously held the position of Ecommerce Manager at DMOS Collective from July 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, Kelsey worked at eBags, starting as a Customer Care Associate and advancing through roles as Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Specialist from November 2016 to March 2020. Kelsey is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and problem resolution, managing a high volume of customer interactions daily.
