Vetrivel RS has worked as a Technical Recruiter at Merican Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Recruitment Consultant at Zinnov from June 2020 to December 2020.

Vetrivel RS began their education in 2016 at Bharathiar University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Vetrivel completed this degree in 2019.
