Roanna Anderson

Roanna Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Roanna started their career as an HR Advisor at Meridian Energy in July 2014 and worked in this role for one year. Roanna then transitioned to the role of Organisational Development Advisor, where they stayed for two years before becoming an HR Consultant in October 2017. Roanna worked as a Capability Manager from July 2018 to July 2020, followed by a role as People Capability Lead until October 2021. Roanna then took on the position of Business Improvement Lead - Generation, which they held until September 2022. Roanna's current position is Head of Transformation (Generation) at Meridian Energy.

Prior to joining Meridian Energy, Roanna worked at World Duty Free - WDF as a Reward, Training & Development Advisor from December 2012 to June 2014.
