Leslie Swidecki

Leslie Swidecki has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. They started their career at US Bank in 2000 as a Regional Operations Manager for Montana and Northern Wyoming. In 2005, they joined Western Vista FCU and served as a Connection Center Manager until 2008 when they transitioned to Meridian Trust FCU as a Compliance Officer. Leslie then moved to Security First Bank in 2011 and took on the role of VP Operations and Finance until 2017. They joined Blue Federal Credit Union in 2017 as the Wyoming Regional Director and later became the Compliance Manager. In 2020, Leslie joined Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union as the Vice President Branch Manager, followed by roles as Vice President Risk and Finance, and currently serving as the Vice President Compliance and Organizational Development. In addition to their financial industry roles, Leslie also served as the Assistant Treasurer and Newsletter Publisher for the Air Force Association Cowboy Chapter.

Leslie Swidecki received a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Organizational Learning and Performance from Colorado State University Global in 2023. In 2014, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, specializing in Banking and Financial Support Services. Prior to that, in 2004, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Capella University. Leslie Swidecki completed their high school education at Forks High School from 1985 to 1989.
