Lauren Cox

Lauren Cox has a diverse work experience history. Lauren currently holds the role of Deputy Head Teacher at Meridian Trust, starting in April 2022. Lauren also serves as the Director of Primary Science at the same organization since September 2020. Lauren previously worked as a School Governor at Gunthorpe Primary School from March 2021 to September 2022.

Before that, Lauren held various positions at West Town Primary Academy. Lauren worked as an Assistant Principal from April 2019 to September 2020 and as a Science Lead and Year Six Class Teacher from September 2016 to September 2020.

Lauren also participated in the Teach First program. Lauren completed the Leadership Development Programme from August 2016 to July 2018 and the Teach First Third Year Offer from September 2018 to September 2019.

Additionally, Lauren gained volunteering experience at Seva Mandir from June 2013 to October 2013.

Lauren Cox obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Development with Overseas Experience from the University of East Anglia from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2016 to 2017, specializing in Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
