Simon Allouche

Simon Allouche is an experienced professional in data management and analytics, currently serving as Head of the Data Factory at Mérieux NutriSciences since November 2023. Prior to this role, Simon worked as a data consultant at LINCOLN and held various positions at Korian, where responsibilities included overseeing operational processes, managing resource allocations, and leading technical evolutions.
