Ron is responsible for Maintenance and Capital Improvements at Merion Residential, supporting all Maintenance operations for each community. Additionally, Ron is responsible for overseeing Capital and Construction Improvements. Bringing with him 18 years of expertise from Resource Residential, Ron is able to apply the unsurpassed knowledge gained from holding the title of Regional Maintenance Director, overseeing the East Coast. A New Jersey native, Ron earned a Degree from the University of Southern Maine for Low and High-Pressure Boilers, and he completed training with The Army Corp of Engineers in FT. Leonard Missouri.
