Olivia Fogel

Olivia is a South Florida native and proud Floridian, who is passionate about career coaching and aiding others in reaching their full career potential (no matter their starting point). As a Job Success Specialist she aspires to help learners in merging their skills, interests, and values into a meaningful career.

She joins the Merit America team after coaching in the higher education space for over 5 years. She has worked with many different industries including, STEM, Humanities, Business, and more! Prior to that Olivia had received her B.A. in English with a concentration in Technical Communication and a minor in Film Studies from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). After that she completed her M.Ed in Higher Education Leadership at Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls!) where career coaching became not only her passion but lifelong career mission.

In her free time Olivia enjoys visiting local coffee shops and bookstores. She is an avid fantasy reader and will always be ready to talk about her next read. Olivia also enjoys all other forms of media such as music, film, and television. In addition she partakes in some fitness and enjoys walking outside while listening to her favorite true crime podcasts! Be sure to send her a wave if you see her on Slack or Zoom!
