Kia Xiong

Kia Xiong (Shong) is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager with a background in academia, government, and military sectors. Currently teaching and managing projects at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, Kia has served in various IT and project management roles at the University of the District of Columbia, Government of the District of Columbia, and the US Army. With a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems and Services, Kia has received recognition for outstanding performance in the US Army.
