Kelsey Covey

Kelsey Covey has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Kelsey started their career at Clearwater Consulting as a Resume Specialist, where they gained expertise in tailoring resumes and cover letters for specific industries. Kelsey then worked at Agency Entourage as an Intern, where they monitored social networks for brand mentions and customer retention. Afterwards, they joined Luber Bros.,Inc. as a Marketing & Sales Support Manager, where they handled various marketing-related content and executed corporate partnerships. Kelsey Covey currently works at Meritage Homes, starting as a Marketing Coordinator and steadily progressing to roles such as Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and now, the Marketing Director. In their current position, they oversee the daily activity of the marketing department and executes division-wide and community-specific marketing plans for multiple new home communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, with a focus on optimizing return on investment (ROI).

Kelsey Covey completed a BA in Communication, Public Relations from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2010-2011 and also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of North Texas between 2009-2011. They graduated from South Grand Prairie High School and have additional certifications from LinkedIn related to goal-setting, accountability, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and team leadership.
