Marie Glantzman

Marie Glantzman, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Development at Meritage Hospitality Group since October 2015. In these roles, Marie leads organizational strategies in talent management, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and new hire experiences. Previous positions include Manager of Field Human Resources, overseeing a team of Regional Field HR Business Partners, and Recruiting Specialist, where strategies for attracting top talent were developed. Prior to Meritage, Marie worked at McDonald's as a General Manager, managing operations, customer service, and team training. Marie holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
