Matt Wagner has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Matt started their career at Great American Insurance, where they worked as an Analyst - Co-op. Matt then moved on to Veolia Water NA, where they gained experience as a Finance Co-op. Matt then joined Inland American Real Estate Trust as a Financial Analyst, and later joined Lincoln Property Company as a Portfolio Analyst. At Lincoln Property Company, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President - Acquisitions. Matt then transitioned to The Meritex Company, first working as Director of Acquisitions and later moving up to Senior Director of Investments. Matt has a strong background in acquisitions, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
Matt Wagner attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate.
