Wendy Hania

Wendy Hania is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in sales, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Delivery Partnerships Team Manager at Merit since August 2022, Wendy previously held positions including Senior Sales Development Representative. As the Founder and Vice President of NWII, LLC since 2011, Wendy oversees operations at an independent insurance adjusting firm. Additional experience includes roles such as e-Services Specialist at Numerica Credit Union, Performance Facilitator at Apple, and various leadership positions at Chelan Concierge and The Real Estate Book, where Wendy transformed a failing distributorship into an award-winning business. Past roles also include National Sales Marketing Manager at Corporate Express and Account Executive at Experian, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales and marketing. Wendy started a career in journalism as the youngest Real Estate Editor at The New York Times Company's Times-News. Academically, Wendy earned a BS in Environmental Studies and Organic Chemistry from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
