Miguel Hartogs

Miguel Hartogs is the Founder and Co-Owner of GeoAI since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Merkator as a CTO and Geo-ICT Consultant/Project Manager from 2012 onwards. Miguel also worked at ARCADIS Nederland BV as a GIS ICT Architect/Technical Project Manager and GIS Specialist from 2003 to 2011. Additionally, they served as a Project Leader at ARCADIS Geo-Informatie from 2003 to 2008. Miguel's other work experience includes roles such as a Web Designer at Tekwerk (former Nomedia) from 2002 to 2004, a Technical Mechanic at Princen Group BV from 2000 to 2002, and a Web Developer at Nomedia in 2001.

Miguel Hartogs completed a Bachelor's degree in Informatica from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, they also received training in ITIL service management from Cap Gemini. In 2005, they obtained a certification in Oracle DBA 7 from 5 Hart. From 2006 to 2006, they undertook training as a Database Administrator (DBA 8) from 5 Hart. In 2008, Miguel received additional training in enterprise architecture (UML/Activity diagrams) from ATOS and in statement tuning/performance tuning PL/SQL from 5 Hart. Miguel also completed a training course in Oracle Spatial (10g) from 5 Hart/Geodan in the same year. Miguel obtained another DBA certification (DBA 9) from 5 Hart in 2008. In 2009, they completed training courses in Oracle Spatial (10g) from 5 Hart/Geodan and several project management courses from Arcadis Netherlands BV. In 2010, Miguel undertook an online training program in Java and Eclipse from Sourceforge and an online training course in SCRUM from Scrummethodology.com. Miguel also obtained a certification in Oracle 1Z0-803 Java SE 7 Programmer from Oracle University in June 2013. Additionally, in 2008, Miguel completed a training course in Bentley Map Fundamentals from Bentley.
