Caitlin Hust is the HR Director and Business Partner at Merkle. Caitlin has over eight years of experience in the human resources field. Prior to joining Merkle, they were a founding member of the Human Resources group at Isobar US, a full service global digital agency within the Dentsu Aegis Network. At Isobar, they were responsible for driving alignment of employees’ individual career goals and objectives to increase retention and overall profitability within the company. Caitlin also enhanced performance management processes and counseled employees on their career growth trajectories. In addition, they led strategic workforce planning to optimize employee utilization and maximize the company’s profitability.

Since joining Merkle, Caitlin has been responsible for managing company-wide recruitment efforts to enable accelerated growth. Caitlin has also developed compensation packages and advised on market rates. In addition, they have created and evolved HR frameworks to support staff, including both contract and permanent employees. Caitlin has also led talent strategy and supported organizational design through acquisitions and large-scale mergers. Currently, they are working with the executive team to continuously identify opportunities to support the company’s growth, culture and future goals.

Caitlin Hust graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
