Crystal Dunn

Crystal Dunn is an experienced professional in project management and client delivery, holding multiple senior roles at Merkle, including Sr. Director of Client Delivery Excellence and Sr. Director of Performance Insights & Analytics from January 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience at LiveArea involved directing the Enterprise PMO, where Crystal established executive reviews for project health reporting and refined communication strategies.
