Erica Herrel has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Erica started their career at Kao Corporation/Andrew Jergens as a Senior Chemist from August 1988 to May 1991. Erica then joined Dep Corporation as the Director of Research & Development for Skincare, OTC, and Private label products from June 1991 to June 1999.
Erica later worked at C. Coast Labs Inc. as the Owner from 2008 to 2009. In 2012, they joined Amgen as a clinical trials technician II and also became the President of C. Coast Labs Inc.
Erica's most recent positions include being the Director of Research and Development at Ambiance Cosmetics, Inc. since March 2014, and the R&D Director for Color and Skincare Cosmetics at Merle Norman Cosmetics since February 2015.
Erica Herrel graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology-Premed from California State University, Northridge in 1988.
