Carlos Jiménez

Carlos Jiménez, CPA, CFE, currently serves as Controller at Merlin Law Group, P.A., a position held since June 2020, after progressing through roles such as Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant. With extensive experience in accounting, Carlos worked as a Forensic Accountant at Forensic Accounting & Advisory Services from April 2022 to April 2024, and previously as a Senior Accountant at Ohana Bookkeeping and a Staff Accountant at Trustwork. Earlier career experiences include positions as Accountant II for both Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court and Miami-Dade County, as well as Accounts Payable Supervisor at HEICO Aerospace. Carlos began military service as an Infantry Soldier in the Florida Army National Guard from May 2008 to May 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from DeVry University.
