Allison Covarrubias

Allison Covarrubias has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Allison'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of People Operations at Merlyn Mind, where they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of People Operations at the same company from November 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Merlyn Mind, Allison served as a People & Global Workplace Advisor at The Rise Journey starting in August 2020. Allison also worked as the Human Resources Director, Americas at Dailymotion from December 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, they held two positions at Aircall - HR Manager, Business Partner (Paris & New York) from December 2018 to November 2020, and HR/Talent Acquisition Lead (Paris & New York) from June 2018 to December 2018. Allison's career started at Hired, Inc. as a Talent Success Manager from November 2016 to June 2018. Allison also worked as an Executive Project Assistant at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) from September 2015 to September 2016.

Allison Covarrubias has a diverse education history. Allison obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2014. In the same institution, they also earned a Certificate in Sociology and Anthropology in 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations And North American History at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2014 to 2016.

During their studies, Allison also attended Columbia University in 2015 and 2016, where they obtained a Master of History, International Relations with a specialization in Latin American Studies. In terms of professional certifications, they completed the Human Rights First-Asylum Training program offered by Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in November 2016.

Continuing their academic journey, Allison is currently pursuing a Licentiate degree in Psychology at Université Paris 8 from 2018 to 2023. Lastly, they plan to complete their educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Literature at Université de Rouen, from 2023 to 2026.
