Shaun Bohnsack has extensive experience in the footwear industry, with a focus on product management and business development. Shaun has held various leadership positions at Merrell and Wolverine Worldwide. At Merrell, Shaun served as the Vice President of Product Management, overseeing the product management teams and working cross-functionally with other departments to bring new products to the market. Shaun also served as the Senior Product Management Director, Product Director, and Category Business Director, where they were responsible for driving the growth of specific footwear categories and creating compelling marketing stories. Prior to their time at Merrell, Shaun worked at Wolverine Worldwide as the Sourcing and Advanced Concepts Director. Shaun also had international experience as the EMEA Product Line Manager and International Country Manager for brands such as Merrell, Chaco, and Patagonia, where they managed product lines, collaborated with sales teams, and developed market strategies. Shaun's work experience reflects their expertise in product management, brand development, and international market knowledge.
Shaun Bohnsack attended Grand Valley State University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Management. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications, including "How Managers Create a Culture of Belonging" and "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies" from LinkedIn in December 2022, as well as "Unconscious Bias (2017)" from LinkedIn in December 2022. Shaun also completed the "Wolverine Worldwide: Leading Forward" program offered by Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in January 2021.
