Lance Solaroli

Lance Solaroli has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Lance started their career at Merrick & Company in 2004, where they served as the EMB Structural Technical Lead. In 2007, they joined Alliance Engineering, Inc. as a Structural Engineer, responsible for providing innovative and practical solutions for various clients, including Huntington Ingalls Newport News Shipyard. Lance also managed projects for Alliance Engineering and the shipyard.

In 2012, Lance became the Structural Department Manager at Alliance, where they handled the Structural Department's manpower and ensured high staff utilization within budgets and schedules. Lance was also responsible for maintaining the quality of the department's solutions and creating development plans for employee advancement and education. Additionally, they served as the Operations Manager for the Tidewater Office, focusing on service to Huntington Ingalls Newport News Shipyard.

Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor's of Architectural Engineering degree in Structural Engineering from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University. Lance completed their undergraduate studies at Capital College from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Lance Solaroli has obtained certifications from Procore Technologies. In August 2019, they became Procore Certified as an Engineer, and in March 2019, they obtained the Procore Certified Architect certification.
