Matthew Cage

Matthew Cage, PMP, has over 30 years of work experience in project and program management. Matthew has worked with various companies, including Merrick & Company, GE Power, Alstom Power, RWE, Franklin Engineering Group Inc., Thermatrix Inc, Duratek, and EG&G Technical Services (now part of URS Corporation).

At Merrick & Company, Matthew served as a Project Manager and led the development of fabrication specifications for complex glovebox, equipment, and piping systems for radioactive applications. Matthew successfully completed the project within a tight timeline and budget.

During their time at GE Power, they held the position of Program Manager, where they oversaw the management of programs throughout the year.

At Thermatrix Inc., Matthew assumed the management of a project with a troubled client relationship and successfully provided excellent service, resulting in the client referring work to the company. Matthew managed a team of engineers and buyers to complete a $1.4M project on time and budget.

Matthew also worked as a Project Engineer at Duratek, where they led multiple R&D radioactive waste processing projects, including managing the largest mixed waste vitrification demonstration project in the United States.

At EG&G Technical Services, Matthew served as a Project Engineer, where they gained experience in project management.

Matthew Cage, PMP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton from 1987 to 1990.
