Donna Zingsheim Rapacz has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Community Health Worker - Isolation Site Lead at Hennepin County, where they coordinated crisis response services and housing placement for individuals with complex needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Donna has also served as the Director of Business Operations at Simpson Housing Services, where they launched multiple programs, and as the Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Group Homes, where they managed day-to-day operations and provided leadership to cross-functional teams. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at The Salvation Army and worked as an HR Coordinator & Training Specialist at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Donna Zingsheim Rapacz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in US Studies, Culture and Politics from The George Washington University, which they completed between 1992 and 1997. In 2008, they attended the University of St. Thomas, where they obtained a Mini MBA in Nonprofit Management specifically designed for Nonprofit Organizations. Following this, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Certification in Emergency Management from MN Homeland Security & Emergency Management.
