Jen Tian

Jen Tian serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Jiayuan Kids Charity - Jiayuan Music since January 2024. With extensive experience in commercial real estate debt transactions, Jen currently holds the position of Director - Private Credit at Merricks Capital, focusing on origination, structuring, and negotiation of finance solutions for institutional property developers and investors in Australia and New Zealand. Prior roles include Investment Director and Associate Director at MaxCap Group, where Jen contributed to the company's standing as a leading commercial real estate debt specialist, and Senior Relationship Executive at National Australia Bank, overseeing a team dedicated to business banking. Jen's career began at Commonwealth Bank, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, and includes a foundational role at ANZ as an Assessment Associate. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Accounting and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Deakin University, along with CPA certification attained between 2010 and 2012.
