Addie Cheney

Addie Cheney's work experience begins in 2000 as a Law Clerk for the Nebraska Department of Insurance. In this role, they drafted administrative complaints, represented the Department at hearings, and conducted legislative research.

From 2001 to 2002, Addie served as a Law Clerk for the State of Minnesota Third Judicial District. Addie drafted orders and memoranda, conducted legal research, and prepared jury instructions for trials.

In 2002, Addie joined Thomson Reuters as a Reference Attorney/Reference Attorney Consultant, where they worked until 2005. During this time, they provided legal research support and consulting services.

From 2005 to 2014, Addie held various roles at Thomson Reuters, including Product Developer and Sr. Product Developer. In these roles, they led product development efforts, analyzed market research, and managed the product lifecycle for WestlawNext Alerts and Alert Management Center.

In 2014, Addie joined GovDelivery as a Senior Product Manager. Addie was responsible for delivering market-expanding products, utilizing iterative and agile methodologies. Addie also found innovative solutions to complex problems.

Addie then moved to Merrill Corporation in 2016, where they initially worked as a Senior Product Manager before being promoted to Principal Product Manager in 2018. At Merrill Corporation, they played a crucial role in product management.

Most recently, Addie joined Datasite in 2019 as a Principal Product Manager and was promoted to Director of Product Management in February 2022.

Addie Cheney attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1993 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following this, from 1998 to 2001, they attended the University of Nebraska College of Law and earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
