Anil Jain

Anil Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Anil is currently working at Datasite as a Senior Software Engineering Manager since February 2021. In this role, they have led an engineering team to successfully launch a new product called "Prepare" and has also built an offshore team from scratch while managing vendor relationships. Anil has managed four teams with a total of 10 onshore and 15 offshore direct reports. Anil has also been responsible for upgrading Elastic Search from version 5.5.1 to 7.

Prior to their current role, Anil worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Datasite from March 2018 to February 2021. Here, they achieved significant milestones such as launching the "Prepare" product, building an offshore team, and managing vendor relationships. Anil was also involved in managing four teams and was responsible for upgrading Elastic Search.

Before joining Datasite, Anil worked at 3M as a Senior Java Developer from November 2014 to September 2016, and at Matrixcare as a Senior Software Engineer (Consultant) from April 2014 to November 2014. Anil also has experience at Wells Fargo, where they worked as a Systems Architect in 2013, and at Digi-Key Corporation as a Senior Java Developer (Consultant) from January 2012 to March 2013.

Anil's earlier work experience includes roles as a Senior Java and Informatica Developer (Consultant) at Wells Fargo Bank from September 2008 to January 2012, a Senior Java/JSF Developer (Consultant) at Cargill from February 2008 to June 2008, a Team Lead (Consultant) at Target from November 2005 to July 2006, a J2EE – Struts Developer (Consultant) at First Data Corporation from August 2003 to May 2005, and a Java/J2ME Developer & Testing Lead (Consultant) at L&T Infotech from October 2000 to April 2003.

Throughout their career, Anil Jain has gained extensive experience in software engineering, team management, vendor relationships, and system upgrades.

Anil Jain pursued their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, from 1993 to 1996. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they enrolled in Concourse Information Technology Mumbai where they earned a Diploma in E-commerce with a specialization in E-commerce (IT).
