Srikanth Kammili is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in developing IT service management solutions and contract management applications. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at ServiceNow, Srikanth focuses on enhancing the Legal Service Delivery and Contracts management product suite through the integration of Gen AI capabilities and improving feature development. Prior to this role, Srikanth held positions at Dell EMC and BMC Software where leadership in web administration and product development was demonstrated. With a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Srikanth has established a solid foundation in software engineering and IT consultancy throughout a career that began in 2004.
