Janine Joseph

Janine Joseph began their work experience in 1985 at Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota, where they held the position of Senior Manager Enterprise Analytics, Governance, Stewardship, Metadata for over 23 years. Janine then moved on to Target in 2008, working as the Manager of Business Intelligence for over 4 years. In 2012, they joined Prime Therapeutics as the Manager of the Data Governance Office. Following this, they worked at Travelers as the Director of Data Management from 2013 to 2018. Janine then worked at c2ITS Solutions as a consultant, focusing on Data Management disciplines such as Data and Information Governance, Metadata, and Data Quality from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at nVent as a Data Architecture Lead. In 2020, they transitioned to Land O'Lakes, Inc. where they took on the role of Leading Data Architecture and Engineering. Lastly, in 2022, Janine started working at Datasite as the Director of Data Management.

Janine Joseph studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at St. Catherine University. Janine then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of St. Catherine, and later obtained a Mini IT MBA with a specialization in Information Technology from the University of St. Thomas.
