Kimberly Orchard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kimberly began their career in 2010 as a Mental Health Worker at Colorado Recovery Psychiatric Services, where they provided support and care for individuals with mental health conditions. In 2013, they transitioned to Fairview Health Services, initially as a Mental Health Worker and later as a Rehab Clinical Support Staff. In these roles, they implemented treatment plans, maintained patient records, and ensured a safe environment for patients.

In 2020, Kimberly enrolled in Prime Digital Academy as a Software Engineer Student and gained technical skills in software development. Following their graduation in 2021, they worked as a Code Reviewer at Prime Digital Academy, where they reviewed and evaluated code for quality assurance purposes.

In the same year, Kimberly also interned at F3 Wireless as a Software Intern, gaining practical experience in software development. Kimberly Orchard (she/her) attained a Full Stack Software Engineering Certification from Prime Digital Academy in the year 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Transpersonal Ecopsychology from Naropa University, completing it in the year 2016. Their undergraduate education consisted of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained between the years 2006 and 2008.
