Lillian Rawlings

Lillian Rawlings has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Lillian began their career in 2016 at Juut Salonspa, where they worked as a Guest Services Specialist for over a year. In 2017, they joined Aerotek as a Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of On-Premise Administrator until 2018. Lillian then joined Merrill Corporation in 2018 as a Human Resources Operations Specialist, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are with Datasite, starting as a Human Resources Business Partner, Associate in 2019 and then progressing to the position of Human Resources Business Partner, Int. in 2022.

Lillian Rawlings completed their high school education at Edina High School from 2007 to 2011. Lillian then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, Lillian also participated in a study abroad program in Florence, Italy, through CAPA International Education. However, they did not earn any degree or field of study during their time in Italy.
