Paza Bahia

Paza Bahia has extensive experience in product design and user experience. They currently work as a Product Designer at Datasite, where they are responsible for designing user-centered solutions for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions using SaaS technology. Prior to this, they worked as a Communication Design Lead at Ford Motor Company, where they led the design and development of innovation projects. They also have experience as a Lead Product Designer at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), where they designed user-centered solutions for Personal and Workplace Investment services. They have previous experience as a Senior Experience Designer at EPAM Systems and as a Senior Visual Designer at IBM Interactive Experience. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior Visual Designer on freelance projects, as a Design Specialist at Microsoft, and as a Senior Designer at Nokia. Overall, Paza Bahia has a strong background in product design, visual design, and user experience, with expertise in various industries and technologies.

Paza Bahia completed their education in Graphic Design with a BA Hons degree from De Montfort University, from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma/AS & A Level in Graphic Design from Havering College, from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Paza has also obtained certifications in Innovating With Data from IDEO U in August 2023 and in IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in September 2016.
