Tara Roberts has extensive experience in various roles related to Salesforce administration, business analysis, and project management. Tara is currently working as a Business Analyst/Salesforce Administrator at Datasite, where they collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop change strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Systems Administrator III at Scientific Research Corporation, implementing Salesforce solutions for Department of Defense customers. Tara also has experience as a Business Analyst at CrossPeak Solutions, where they managed projects using Agile methodology. Tara has held senior management positions at Boingo Wireless and Elauwit, where they implemented Salesforce and provided training. Earlier in their career, they served as a Salesforce Administrator at Palmetto and a Business Operations Analyst at Progress, managing Salesforce cases and performing administrative tasks. Tara also has experience in marketing operations and customer insights analysis at Blackbaud, Inc. and as an Administrative Assistant at The Citadel. Tara Roberts has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Tara later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Citadel from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tara has obtained various certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in 2015, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in 2019, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in 2020, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) in 2021, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in 2022, and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst in 2022. Tara also holds certifications from ZoomInfo, including RingLead Certification obtained in July 2023.
