Jason Childers is a seasoned executive in the senior housing industry with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently, Childers serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Merrill Gardens, leading various operational and strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes prominent roles at August Health, Blue Harbor Senior Living, 2Ten Consulting, and Leisure Care, where significant contributions involved brand development, sales and marketing leadership, and strategic oversight that drove substantial growth. Childers also has a solid foundation in market research and strategic planning honed during earlier career positions at Foote, Cone & Belding and Doner Advertising. Childers holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego.
