Fred Martinez

Fred Martinez has over two decades of experience in architecture and project management, currently serving as Associate Principal and Team Leader at Merriman Anderson Architects, Inc. since May 2013. Prior roles include Project Manager and Senior Associate, where responsibilities encompassed team management and project coordination. Previously, Fred held positions at Perkins+Will as Arch III, focusing on project coordination and BIM model management, and worked as a Project Architect at HH Architects. Early career experience includes serving as Team Leader at Leo A Daly and Project Coordinator at Randall Scott Architects, with a strong emphasis on design, facility assessment, and detailed cost estimating.
